    Sad to say, day 0. I watched images of girls on Instagram, without thinking... Didn't M but I ended up having an O. Realized it when it was too late...

    Uninstalled the videogame and Instagram. I need a dopamine detox right now.

    Today i woke up with more energy and motivation which is a good sign of recovery. Sexual desire is also rising, but not for porn, so i´m still feeling solid.

    Yesterday was a bit intense in terms of time management, and i ended up missing a lots of good things that i have planned, due to lack of time :(.
    I will plan my weekends better next time :)

    Day 1. About to confess! I trust in God's mercy. Yesterday I PMOd 3 times after the accident... Sadly, (if and) when I fall, even unintentionally, just after it, I do it a lot, till it hurts, I can't say no.

    Then I confess, and God's Grace makes me say no.

    Day 14 Elf tomorrow (Hobbit in old money) - dopamine levels are in the toilet, hence v hard to motivate myself for even smallest task so technically I'm burnt out & depressed right now, which I would not be if I hadn't relapsed 2 wks ago, so this is a strong reason never to go back into this pit. Dopamine levels will start to rise at end of this week.

    Yeah Bro..I started dorpamine detox yesterday..My problem is watching 'try not to laugh' youtube videos. Today I manage to reduce it to 3 hours.My goal is limiting it to 1 hour.
