I don‘t know whats going on

    I just keep on relapsing every 4/5 days, i used to at leat get two weeks done or so. Im scared of going back to my old patterns, and going the rabbit hole back down.

    Has anyone had the same?

    I had similar a couple of times. I was so afraid to "lose myself" into the addiction. I remember I wrote a reminder in my smartphone calendar, in the morning: "Do not masturbate today, no matter what", and I put it daily for a period for at least two weeks.
