Currently Rebooting, Have some concerns

    Hey Guys, I am currently trying a 90 day reboot and on day 32. I believe i've hit the flatline and it SUCKS. Haven't had morning wood in a while or just an erection. I can also tell ive felt a little more depressed than I usually am. I was doing good and feeling great up until day 28-29. In my previous reboots, the furthest i got was 29 days. Anyone else feel like this? When am i going to feel like superman again!? Also on a side note, I sleep 6-7 hours and I wake up feeling like I overslept. Anybody else feel this?

    I haven't made it as far as you have in the rebooting process however i can relate to some of what you said, My first few days of rebooting and being adult content/fapping free i felt amazing, lots of energy, i felt proud, i wanted to go do things and the urges were easy to fight, but just 2 days later i found myself massively depressed, i had no motivation for anything, i felt like i needed to do something, anything to get moving or just to take my mind off everything but i just couldnt care at all, i came up with a few ideals of things to do but instead i just sat in self pity. I lost the urge to do things or even talk to people. I also have had sleeping issues, if i try to sleep for 6-8 hours and wake up early i feel like i haven't slept at all, i'm exhausted and end up going back to bed sleeping until 10-11 and getting 10-12 hours of sleep, when i sleep in like that tho i wake up feeling like i've overslept and i feel super groggy. I've noticed that during the rebooting process a lot of us tend to ping pong between feeling amazing about ourselves and being depressed. My only suggestion really is to stay focused on your goal, think about how amazing it'll be to beat your old record, to become better than you were by out doing yourself. When you have days of serious depression find something that you enjoy doing that brings quick satisfaction (not fapping obviously) to help your mood, whether it be a game that you can play and win to boost confidence, finishing a project you've been working on, making something, etc.. just something that will give you satisfaction and gratification to help give you that little boost you need. best of luck to you, i hope something i said will help and if you ever need someone to chat with to help keep your mind off things feel free to hit me up. best of luck to you!!
