    @becomingreat yes raw.

    You might have heard about this, abcg, apple, beetroot, carrot and ginger. You get all nutrition from the above combo besides good amount of nitric oxide.

    A medium size red apple, beetroot, carrot and small piece of fresh ginger and make the juice. Have it atleast 3 times in a week.

    I have given couple of recipes, one will suit you. Besides the mentioned, COURAGE cures all, no medicine equals it. And also ginger is a universal medicine.

    To all those who read this, please stop too much ejaculation and other means of orgasm. No to porn, masturbation and orgasm to natural means. If you are young stop immediately for your well-being. As the habit progresses you get into a terrific situation and in rare cases, the damage is not reversible.

    Its my sincere request, stop this all together, the dangers are unknown to modern science. And don't think frequent ejaculation is normal.

    Yesterday morning I was contemplating about sharing couple of breath excercise which are simple to practice yet magical in its outcome. While reading the above mentioned PPT I came across the 478 method, which I can say really helpful besides alternate nostril breathing.

    I didnt know its benefit. I just made this juice few minutes ago! Its very tasty and more importantly I felt much after having it right away!
    It works so quick imo

    I could be one of those rare cases as ive been doing nofap(not great streaks though) for like 5 years and im still struggling.
    I went too deep in pmo in young age. Back then when I compared my face to my classmates mine was always the most dull and pale.

    I'll try to keep up with these recipes and see what happens

    Good to hear, continue & adapt as the body allows.

    Trust the body and have confidence on it. You aren't still super serious about overcoming the habit. Don't relapse, as it worsen the symptoms and the healing time. But for some reason you couldn't able to manage at all and relapse, its ok. Don't relapse thinking that you have time to recover, bad trap. You must DECIDE & COMMIT, otherwise simple decisions can't handle the beast(mind). The human mind is there even before you born and has innumerous tricks to hold you.

    @becomingreat don't do cold showers after sunset. You said you have dryness, better do oil bath 2-3 times a week with warm water or room temp water.

    You have given lot of momentum to the thoughts since long. It takes tme to get to normalcy. Don't give more momentum by relapsing and feeling guilty afterwards.

    Thoughts aren't your own but thinking is your own.

    This recipe makes me feel good in the first few minutes of taking and then I feel bad inflammation throughout the day. I think ginger induces inflammation in my body and brain so instead of helping it only extensifies my headache/brain fog. Doesnt feel good

    Medicine/supplements usually dont work for me. They either dont work or give me headache. Idk

    @becomingreat ginger is wonderful for inflammation & headaches. As I said earlier, even you provide good food & nutrition, the body has own way of healing. You should provide the time without resistance. Whatever it takes don't relapse.

    Turmeric also reduces inflammation & brainfog.

    Pain is healing, but most supress the pain and it pile up, one day it becomes even bigger issue.

    "whatever it takes dont relapse" I take that in mind.

    If im not mistaken you're saying that the inflammation im experiencing is actually sign of healing?
    Well my preassumption was that healing should feel good.

    Also this headache is too much, so unbearable that im not able to do what I should do, im just having rest after taking it.

    So you mentioned that ginger is actually good for inflammation & headaches but for me seems like it makes them much worse.
    Yet you suggest sticking to this recipe?

    Idk whats right thing to do. Whatever you say I'll do man

    I've tried turmeric in the past, no clear benefit. But ginger seems overly potent

    If I am to listen to my guy id just quit drinking this combo or would atleast cut ginger from it but id also respect your opinion, if you think it'd help in the long run I'd try to keep at it

    @becomingreat if the pain is unbearable and to stabilize the condition, you can take medicine.

    Yes, ginger is actually good for headaches & inflammation. You just need to find out what works for you.

    Yes, pain is healing. There might be some disorder in the body, it concentrate its resources where there is pain.

    When there is a wound, you continuously rub the wound, you're not allowing the wound to heal. Same goes with relapses.

    @becomingreat it seems you drained the vital life force alot. Don't take it light. Have faith in the body & its intelligence. Ask for the guidance, you certainly get it.

    Even I used to take turmeric, pinch of black pepper with buttermilk. Certain days or periods it won't work. Body requirements change as it progress in the healing, you need to adapt accordingly.

    My advice is retain semen till you get totally healed, otherwise it's a rollercoaster and never ending loop.

    try instead making ginger tea. It shouldn't cause these problems for you.. it should help your body relax. That was not a good juice recipe he gave you in my opinion. I don't juice beets or carrots. Instead i combine ginger juice with frozen mango, or ginger juice + celery and apple, or with asparagus spinach and apple. And apples should be organic or they wil have a wax coating. at least peel the skin.

    The action which gives high initially and later makes you sad isn't appropriate action. This type of action creates imbalances that you have to face anytime later.

    The action which seems tough initially and later gives joy is appropriate action.

    Most are here paying the price for the imbalances that they themselves created either knowingly or unknowingly.

    Honestly accept the faults, ask for strength & courage to overcome it.

    What you say reminds me exactly of my old self as a kid/teenager. I used to inherently like the hardships to enjoy the pleasure later, like a genuine gratification delayer.
    Slowly I became something different, ive lost my old self. I'm more prone to do the easy jobs which as you mentioned leads to dissatisfaction.
    I believe smatphone played big role in turning me into a instant pleasure seeker.
    Maybe I should limit social media usage like porn consumpion.

    About your last paragraph. Reading great posts here written by desciplined retainers and also reading about great achievers it seems like they dont ask for anything. They just do what they think is right and universe gives them what it should offer.
    Better do things that improves courage actually, why ask for it. Right?

    @becomingreat you are dealing with a beast(mind), initially it is very much required to ask for strength & courage.

    Regarding SM usage, use anything or do anything as it is required, not more not less and this way habits don't hold on you.

    Here in the forum I have seen few talk about enlightenment, super state of being. No such thing as enlightenment. If there is such a state, you already enlightened. It is the police man or identity(self) in the head placed by society & culture clouded your naturality and it's expression.

    The mental prison is imaginary but most not dare to step out because afraid of losing the known.

    You are already liberated but you believe you are tied to something. When this belief goes off you realise what I'm saying.
