Could you, please, list the purposes why we abstain from PMO? I'm 2 weeks without masturbating and I'm juest about to doubt. Isn't it just about not to watch porn? Isn't it unhealthy for the organism to keep the cum inside our balls? Will we be able not to masturbate for ever?

You should take a look at yourbrainonporn.com .
You will notice that there is huge number of reasons to abstain from PMO, the first on being that it is an addiction. And like any other addiction, it has some bad influence in our lives, like erectile disfunction, inability to satisfy our sexual partners, lack of confidence in social situations, well, the list is pretty long.
Keeping semen inside the organism is not unhealthy at all.
And of course we are able to keep from masturbating forever, all it takes is willpower. (I know, I'm not one to talk at the moment... :( ). I do really think it is the key to healthier relationships with girls, because by masturbating we make them sex objects, and there is much more to them than just sex.

Hope my answer was helpful. Keep strong buddy!

And how about deadly horniness, constant erections, and superfast coming in the future while having sex, since if not masturbating your dick will be extremely sensitive?

Careful not to confuse horniness with withdrawal/addiction cravings. Natural horniness is a bit different. Randomly being horny (without any visual stimuli) or being aroused by pornographic images (or things that trigger pornographic images in our minds) is not the same as horniness. That's just your brain craving a dopamine hit, not true horniness.

So how would I feel a real horniness? And how to get rid of that fake one?

You are withdrawing from an addiction, so the beginning is always a bit hard (no pun intended). But once your brain stops craving for that dopamine hit you used to give him through pornography or masturbation, then you will be able to tell what is real horniness.
The point of NoFap is to rewire your brain so that you are not looking anymore to these "fake" dopamine hits, but rather real ones, with a girl.

  7. Here is why.

When I am not in the throes of it, that is, spending huge amounts of time thinking about sex in the myriad of ways I do that, I become a better person. Better how, you might ask? More outgoing, more attentive, more passionate about other things, quicker thinking and smarter, more physical stamina, and strangely enough, happier!

I abstain, or am trying... no, f-it, 'do, or do not, there is no try'... so I AM abstaining as I want a better sex life, I have been too caught up in a fantasy world for most of my life, this has seen me treating women badly and being addicted to porn for most of my life. The time and energy I have put into PMOing and chasing random women, I want to put into my gf and other areas of my life.

Couldn't have said it better myself!

We weren't made to blow half our days fapping to high speed internet P. It's messing our brains up. Thankfully, we have neuroplasticity.
