If you have sex during the 90 days it will slow the process. So, some choose to have sex and accept it will take longer to reboot. I personally recommend hard mode: no edging or masturbation; no pornography or porn substitutes; and no orgasm or ejaculation (unless it is a wet dream). Ninety days is only twelve weeks. I'm sure you can manage without sex for that short period of time.
