Update: Brothers, I want to tell you know that we all have hope, we all have a future and a life that we will enjoy being free from our compulsion. We just don't need to give up, be consistent and get back in the track even though we slip, relapse and binge, we still have hope. Nothing is permanent and one day we will laugh looking back from what we went through. Thumbs up to you all. your brother,
Update: Day 0 Right as my day counter was going to switch, I fell back into temptation. I've got to try and stop the momentum of this thing. If I keep giving in it's only going to get stronger. Pray for me

Day 39, feeling strong. I can definitely see some improvements with my stuff and sensitivity issues I was having before
Update: Working on my academics and revising some stuff for the coming stuff. I try not to be pissed of easily and deal with my feelings and emotions.
