Just finished 7 day challenge followed by a reset. So now it's on to 14 day! No PM, no gaming for me also. Let's do this! 0/14
1st Day Now I am feeling a little better after drinking matcha tea, eating something healthy and also getting a hair cut. I had a streak of 9 days. What I learned is 1. I missed regular physical exercise to channel that energy (I had read it is better to not do any exercise the first week but now I'm not sure about that) I will do some exercise just to keep the good habit alive but maybe only do like 2/3 of the usual duration. 2. I had a goal (going to a particular place that collided on my 7th/8th day) that was only possible with a good streak I believe that's what I need to do in order to succeed. In addition I believe doing more meditation might be something for me to consider.
4/14. Cutting down has made a big positive difference to my life in the past month. Let's keep it up!

0/14 Brand new to the nofap community. Looking for a first start moderate challenge. Starting off with 14 days to get beyond the 7 day mark and be able to see the benefits after 7 days for a week.
1/14 Had a few urges today, but was able to relax mentally and lock in. Other than that, feeling really good today. Did my homework as soon as I got home, ate very well, went to the gym, and otherwise kept myself busy with important things. Overall great day. Keep this up and I'll be past my dangerous day four in no time.
