I'm withdrawing from the challenge. I intend to post in the over 45 forum. I have not much trouble staying away from porn - 2x in the last 6 weeks- but I've mdabout 6 or 7 times. Counting days for me doesn't work. Thanks all for your support. I wish you all the best

Day 29, Feeling good! Been very busy but I would say this is a good thing as I haven't really thought about PMO or had any urges over the past few days.

I’m on day 39.

 

Day 13 happy to have a long weekend from work and honestly haven’t thought about P at all in the last couple of days. I’ve started to see my wife in a new light and started to appreciate her for everything she does. I’m very grateful she has stuck by me through this.

 

Still on a flatline... not fun.
