[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

1/3. Started this day with meditation as promised.

If I feel a trigger, have sex with my wife or relapse, I have decided to do meditation asap. Yesterday I had sex with my wife, so meditation it is. I’m just going to eat some breakfast.

Edit: This is interesting. When I meditated I realised there was a trigger yesterday as well. It was hidden in the unconsciousness.

I've been gone for a while and still struggling. Restarting back to the beginning and I'm at day 0.

 

Day 3/3. Moving on to the seven day challenge

 

Back to Day 0 as of last night.

 

Wow, it's been 14 days since my last post. Happy to report I've kept my commitments! Feels good to be unburdened by keeping secrets! But still difficult to stay vigilant. I think I'll move on to the 7 day from here.

I quit my day job to pursue equities trading. I'm a novice Futures trader as of now.
