How do you get your arousal back?

    Nothing seems to particularly arouse me anymore, even P, is there any mind approach or foods etc that help?

    1.Avoid porn at all cost.
    2.Rewire your brain with normal sex.
    3. Accept that nofap is a way of life and not a challenge. You just can't afford bringing anymore problems to your life.
    4. Trust the process!

    Alright so past 2 days my libido has come back, even the day after a relapse, what changed was I ate red meat every day, had a ginseng tea in the morning, and a great tea mixed with maca, spirulina & wheatgrass powders. I don’t know what has helped the libido out of those, but ginseng, green tea and maca supposed to help

    Had morning wood and random boners past 2 days, hope this helps

    For me the problem is the amount of sex etc I get from my wife isn't enough, I would need like 4 days a week to go nofap I think. Plus asking for something your wife is clearly not that into makes you think why am I even trying t ok do this???

    The same story with me. I don't have a wife. That's why I struggle with nofap actually. I've had a gf, but unfortunately, we've broken up recently. I think the reason was sex. I feel like my sex drive lowered and I'm scared the reason is not a girl, but me dealing with nofap...

    Take your mind off sex for a while and focus on the more finer things in life, we live in a society that is overconsumed with sex which is understandable because were always having in shoved in front of us covertly through all marketing, advertising and media or overtly through ALL Marketing Advertising and Media.

    If your sex drive has lowered... that is nothing alarming, should a person be horny for there whole life 24hrs a day ??? Animals mate during certain seasons in nature, only humans think that its healthy to mate as much as possible with no consequence or backlash, such attitudes can eventually lead to wear and tear and potential complications down the line.

    The point I'm making is , you feel that your sex drive has lowered= Sweet, Use this time to focus on things none sexual, like working out, studying, developing new skills, starting a small business, travelling, helping someone out, set some realistic goals you can achieve before the year up. Basically your body is at a point where its not so much consumed by sex, the hold is not as strong on you at the moment, Bruva your free, use that newly acquired storage space in your mind and fill it up with new self enhancing activities. Chances are your just flatlining and the body is replenishing/rebooting before it comes back online, Use this time wisely, Free your Mind, let go of sex and focus on something else for a while. Dont feel that there is something wrong with you and then try to force arousal its only gonna take you backwards towards relapse.

    You might be in a flatline and this can also occur when your dopimine levels are resetting the good news is that it your libido will return in due time but in a healthy way rather than in a lustful way.
