Day 4. Man I’m struggling. Almost relapsed but I decided to come here and post-trying to remember my why

Day 8 of No Nut November

 

NNN: 9/30!

 

Looking for new hobbies to take my mind of it

 

Day 7

 

Start of day 9!...was grateful that yesterday (day 8) was the easiest so far with very few urges or triggers. I also had an extremely busy/exhausting day at work and went to bed early (so it wasn't exactly a normal day). But I'll take it as an unusual blessing and break which will hopefully give me more endurance for the rougher upcoming days.

 

9/30 days done.
30% towards NNN 30 days.
Don’t worry if you relapsed, there are still plenty of days in November to beat porn in!
It took me 140 days before I truly lost any interest in wanting to search content on Youtube etc. The normally quoted 90 days just did not work for me.
Today I am 151 days porn free and really enjoying my porn free lifestyle.
The first 30 days are definitely the toughest - particularly around days 7-10.
NNN is a really good place to start your porn free journey.
We all have to start somewhere.

 

Still focused and on track. Feeling energized by this current streak.

Why is it when you tell yourself "what ever you do don't do or think of something" all you can think about is how much you want to do said act? It's really frustrating.

Day 10 of No Nut November

 

Start of day 6 for me. Day 5 was tough, I wanted to just say screw it, but I kept coming back to this site for reminders as to why I am doing this. Just worked out to start this day off strong and level headed. No matter what happens at work today, or the frustrations I face, I will keep moving onward. I’m tired of starting over, so it’s time to stop giving up.
