    Just went through my moment of weakness/hestitation. Last 10 days were very good, lot of postive energy, motivation etc. Today I had little crack in my armour, some wicked thoughts and lack of will tested me. Didn't M&O so I have nothing to regret but it's hint to keep my guard on higher alert. Just wanna share with you guys, coz you are my only confidants. Hope you all stay safe and sound. Keep pushing lads !

    10 days is good going, some good healing will have happened, I made a thread about how to permanently block P in your router settings if you need it, it has saved me quite a few times as it is not physically possible for me to watch P anymore

    It helps to connect with other people struggling with addiction. Feeling of not beeing alone is heart warming. We are part of something greater than ourselfs
