Hi all, I have been on hard mode for 6 weeks now, and there have been very difficult days in my journey so far (I am not lying, I watched pornographic pics from google image search a few times, IS THAT A RELAPSE BTW?, no ejaculation or masturbation, I regret it because it made it worse). What I have realized very recently that works the best for me when I have the urge is weighted squats. I have a really skinny ass and doing weighted squats usually means apocalypses for me. I started doing normal squats and it was difficult, now I do it with holding 60 lbs for fun and in the past two days, I don't even want to look at porn because my ass hurts like a b****. I can relate, sometimes I do pushups when the urges come. When you watch those pictures on purpose, or dont skip them inmediately, it is in fact a relapse. Beacuse our comitment is not to watch porn/ masturbate. But is not the number of days what matters, it is the things you achieved, being free of the addiction almost entirely in this time, that is great. And you are capable of control your urges. Keep going my friend!
