    Well today marks my official 90 day sober of pmo. This is from 10 years of pmo so. This may be interesting

    Wow congrats man that is something serious to be proud of! This should give everyone hope that no matter how long you have done PMO for, you can change.

    I'm at day 106. I don't want to say everybody's different because that doesn't help anyone and it's annoying. If you can remember the best version of yourself, actually think back. When you were always in the moment and had no inhibition or self doubt. It brings you back. I don't know if it actually does the 100% cure though
