[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Hi friends, slipped a little since the last time I was here. So I'm back for another 90-day "tune-up". Day 0.

51/90 Another long day, but made it through again.

 

Day 8

 

Day 6 almost done. Had a bit of urges as yesterday to look up porn material but still going. Been also working out plenty but need to do more high intensity training.

Having a good run, but starting to falter. I must resist.

Day 0 - relapsed
Was away on a retreat for 7 days so it was relatively easy to stay off PMO during that time. But I need to do more when I am back at home to balance out my life by going out and creating more opportunities to meet real women as I still seem to have to live with a high sex drive even though I'm in my 40s! . Still a work in progress.

19/90 - I spent a lazy afternoon with my gf yesterday. I was very present and enjoyed it very much
