    Hi Guys I wanna Share you my Story on Semen Retention. First I wanna Introduce you. My name is Faisal, I'm 23 Years old and I live in Saudi Arabia. I only Had MO Habit and little bit PMO.

    When I was a Kid I had this Weird Habit playing around with my private part when I was at the age of 7-8. When I turn at the age of 11. When I did the same thing playing out with my Private part in the bathroom. I start to lose control and ended Ejeculated which ended up became my MO Addiction. At the Age 13 when I was looking Facebook. Some woman were posting Nude Pictures and Somehow Ended PMO addiction. Idk why Facebook didn't Censor those Pictures but sadly I got Addicted to it. My Addiction to PMO wasn't that worst. However when i turn at the Age of 15 when I notice that it has negative on my Brain I Quit it and I was like "for what reason am I watching it" the only Battle I had was to fight MO. Unfortunately that was super hard. I have been fighting it for 12 Years now. However when it's come to PMO it's not like I'm Addicted to it when I Quit it at age of 15. I use to watch it 3-4 Time each Year and it start to get reduce when I turned into my 20s. Last time when I watch porn was like 6 Months ago and then I Completely quit it when I notice that it has Burning effect on my Brain. I never watch it again to this day.

    Now let me Talk about My MO Addiction. Which is one of the Hardest thing to challenge and I'm still Challenging it. When it's come to Masterbation at the Age of 10s. I couldn't control my Body when I was Kid that's Probably because I was start to Hitting puberty. At the age of 15 to 21. My MO addiction Became alot Worst where I use to masterbate 2-4 times a Day on Somedays. At my Early 22 Age. I Join Gym and Decided to workout. However that Pretty much improve my masterbating Every once a day to once in every 3 Days. However when I was working out I start to Noticing some Side effects which was Lack of Motivation and lack of discipline. However my motivation was still high but I didn't developed discipline.
    When I was working out the day when I Masterbated. My Mood was low, my Energy got low, my eye Contact were weak and I was Constantly Getting Distracted by other people's workout. I wasn't paying Attention to when to start the next set during your workout. Sometime I lost myself looking at the Timer. Things got so Worst that my Performance start to declining and my Sleep become worst. One day when I had 3 Hours sleep, I woke up because there was Drill sound going on. My mom told me that one of our Family member is coming for Holiday. My father gave me some task to do. Yesterday when I Masterbated I felt worst about myself. When I was Doing task and start to lifting heavy Desk and Big heavy glass. I wasn't Self conscious about What's gonna happen and didnt really Had focus on lifting technic. I Accedently Popped Inguinal Hernia by lifting Heavy big glass. Unfortunately that Negatively Impacted with what I'm going thru. It was Depressing and Stressful for me to go thru inguinal Hernia Case. Now my Hernia Case become a Loop where I dont know what to do and MO was Really Became a Huge Problem for me to deal with. This is where Thanks To JesseJameWest on YouTube channel for helping me out to learn Semen Retention. You see its needed some research. When I was doing some Research. one of the Urologist by the Name of Rena Malik M.D on YouTube brought me to Nofap website when she Talked about that you guys help each other out during Fighting thier Addiction. It really got me into this Website to share my story with you guys.

    Where am I Right now and what I'm Doing? After the Discovery of semen Retention and NoFap Website. I start to Practicing it. After the Discovery. For first 3 Days I relapsed once and then on the 2nd Attempt I made it to 6 Days and I'm still going.
    The Things that helping me from being getting Horny is a belly breath for sexual Transmutation Meditation when I wake up and then I do Bramacharyasana yoga pose for 2-3 minutes before night time. For me it's seems to be Working and so far I'm doing well and feel little bit Better about myself.

    If you guys are Wondering what happen to my Hernia case. It's still under Investigation, one surgeon say you need Surgery and one of them say you don't. It's just a loop right now. I dont have Bulge in my Inguinal hernia but it did break out the Abdominal Cavity. However I'm Experiencing little bit Pain in the Groin area. We're on the second loop of this Case if the 2nd surgeon said that I dont need Surgery then we gonna talk to the Physician to investigate this Case further.


    This is my Story so far and I hope it help Everyone to start thier own nofaps adventure.
