Current streak: 1000+ days no PMO 240 days semen retention Meditation I've been having very revealing understandings these couple of days. No sexual tension, fatigue or anything, everything is good. I read the road is the goal a book by Chogyam Trungpa in which he states that basically all you need to do to have a healthy mind is meditation. That is all the book says. This made a click in me I realiced I never been pursuing women compulsively, indulging myself in porn, onanism when I've been meditating consistently. It's not the point of meditation to quit addiction or a form of therapy. It's more like resting or discovering your true mind what is behind thoughts feelings and emotions, your real self. I meditate simply focusing on my breath. Conclusion: give daily meditation a try if it's your thing.

Day 00 checking in. I have failed, there is not much to say for now, I will meditate on the mistakes made and continue learning. My streaks so far: First attempt: 23 days Second attempt: 7 days Third attempt: 12 days Fourth attempt: 5 days.
Day 49 ✅ This must be between my 20 and 30 attempt, i have been in nofap for 2 years with a period that i quit because i feel it wasnt worth it o it wasnt working (mostly because i overestimate the benefits) but now i determinated to keep going because after 2 years i know that its worth it that the energy focus and discipline that gives you its the best for me.
