I know how you feel it is so hard. Have you put anything in place to help when you feel you are going to relapse? Have you read about how porn affects the brain? You are not alone on this journey. Do you come here when you feel you are going to relapse? Post a message, reply to the other guys messages things like that. If you arm yourself with some weapons when the enemy strikes you are prepared for the battle. Know what triggers you and then you can see what is happening. Keep going my friend you will find freedom from this I am sure.

I suggest watching NoFap themed yt videos to reinforce your belief that NoFap will work. I believe education is the best tool to change your perception of yourself, the world, and your place in it. I've been reading the Taoists secret of love and cultivating male sexual energy, listening to podcasts about NoFap and opening my mind to hindu speakers talking about the spiritual aspect of semen retention and I haven't been relapsing as much as I did when I wasn't equipped with knowledge.
