Can you give me some tips on how to control urge when it comes

For me personally, i find when I have an urge to watch porn, I need to do something to occupy my mind for a few minutes, preferably something away from any screens. I found I watch porn when I am bored so occupying my mind will help push the urge away. I'll maybe clean something in my house, throw a load of laundry in the washer, take a walk around the block, really it's anything to distract me for 5 minutes or so and the urge is gone.

 

Think of it like a wave, it is here now but it will soon go away.

I think to myself : Do I want my son doing this stupid shit when he's my age? Sure it feels good. I'm sure it felt good when someone contracts HIV from unprotected sex . Who wants to deal with the consequences? For us it means walking the planet dead (but still very much alive.)
