There's no denying it...

So finally back into the double digits again as far as sobriety and have to say already noticing my anxiety going down, mood elevating, sleep better, digestion better, better posture, almost gone brain fog. THIS IS WHAT I WANT. I am absolutely not giving this up again. I relapsed after many months, coming to almost a year and then just a couple of months ago I relapsed and then kept getting into the cycle relapsing cans couldn't obtain more than 5-7 days. Now I've crossed that barrier. Onto a month now. Nothing is stopping me this time.

 

Hell yeah. Thanks for the support. Still sober, still happy. There's no other way. How is your path on nofap going, if you're open to share?
