Nice going! You’re over halfway to 90. Yeah, it’s easy to look at the mountain ahead and get discouraged. But we can look at the view behind us every once in a while for encouragement . For me, just being grateful for the present day and being able to report one more day without PMO is something to be grateful for. If we look too far out ahead, we can get tripped up. But you’re doing great! Also, I hope you’re feeling better as you had mentioned that you had contracted COVID.

Back to Day 0/17. I just relapsed and spent $103.70 on premium porn content, which ended up getting deleted anyway! The addiction is real and it all started because of mindless Internet browsing that escalated to dangerous territory.
Sorry @monkish. Thanks for checking in and sharing your thoughts. You’re right, the addiction is a complete waste of money. What do you think you learned from your experience?
I realized how social media can be triggering, especially late at night. I normally don't use it, but I created a temporary Facebook account to look someone up. Bad idea. I should find purpose in something else. That premium content I purchased looked enticing, but I was dissatisfied with it after watching it. I actually found it disgusting and it wasn't worth the money at all.
For me, sometimes I take an inventory of how I use my time during the day. I’m always surprised at how much time I waste on social media. There are so much more useful things we can do with our time - like volunteer or learn a new skill or hobby. Or socialize with people face to face. Several years ago when I was struggling with a P addiction, I decided to volunteer at a hospital for a few months. It was very rewarding and I felt like I made a difference. Plus I learned more about how hospitals operated. There are many opportunities in our communities to serve or volunteer. Check out www.justserve.org
