    I first did 40 days then 30days.
    last time I did 30days was in November . Evrr since that relapse I havent been able to long streaks again, I am stuck in 14-21 days cycles , sometimes cant even go a week.

    I see its importance only after I relapse and waste time on P. I think thr NoFap goal is a pseudo-goal, it cant be done if I "work on it" , I need to have other goals and NoFap goal would be achieved on the side

    It's not a goal but a lifestyle and healthy lifestyle is in staying away from harm ways of course if you have developed awareness of what harm ways are. Otherwise you don't have a choice but to live in ignorance and delusion of sensual slavery.
