I will give this a try, hope to stop the continuous cycle of relapsing. I will go for no pmo (monk mode) hope to beat my streak from 2021 (38 days) and keep going to 45.

Guys I’d like to join, my best streak was 92 days and I relapsed on my 93rd day. I’m seriously fucked up, I’m out of control. I need some one help.
From last two weeks I have trying but I’m relapsing after 10-11 days

 

Please count me in from now on I have started 1/92. I’ll check in and post my feelings how I’m feeling and experiences. Please pray for me.

@lolman123 , sorry for your reset man. Glad to see you're getting back up and fighting on.

Edit: It's not a relapse unless you let it get you back into your old ways and out of the nofap program. If you just slip up and have to start over it's only a reset.

 

It has been some time since I was here in this thread. I was able to reach 45 days but I haven't been able to get back on track since the last 3 weeks or so.
