I Have formed a habit that is if I go to the bed I will think or imagine about my goals or something that is not related to fap, building this habit so strong will avoid relapses at the bed. Most of my relapses happen when I go to the bed.

Day 3 grinded till 1 am night but I grinded morning and night and not in the afternoon so from now I will wake up early and Grind and avoid losing my sleep.
