Earlier in the night while I was in deep sleep state I had a nightfall. It doesn't comes under relapse so, no need to reset counter. Actually, Nightfalls are natural and a healthy sign of healing from this addiction. So, no worries or no disappointment. By the grace of GOD, I'm consistent in this journey with a positive mindset and I'm getting stronger day by day Thanks for the immense support my fellow fapstronauts and Best of luck everyone. Day 1/14 All the days are a new chanllage but the key of sucess is always to do something difernt when a trigger appears and visit this forum all days without exception.
Day 5/14 Forgot to check in yesterday. Today, I have some urges after opened social media. But I can encounter it.
