OK at first, it will seem counter intuitive to confront and live these HOCD thoughts, because you will try your very best to avoid them.

But remember, it IS THIS EXACT behaviour which strengthens your compulsions! I found the best way to get over this, and trust me, it never really fades, and bear in mind, I've never watched transgendered person or gay porn, is to plan outrageously gay things.

For example, I once removed all my hardcore rap/grime music from my ipod and downloaded, gay songs like, scissor sisters, YMCA, same love by macklemore, and I would play them every day to work. I did this everyday and believe me, it got tiring. You think the constant questioning you do now is tiring, try actively convincing yourself you must be gay and you'll soon get tired, exhausted.
