Thoughts on nofap

    After doing nofap for more than 2 months,i come to realise that nofap benefits are not for every guy. Not everyone will see the benefits or maybe it takes so much time for benefits.
    But i think nofap should be a lifestyle for every man. Because, nofap is the natural thing to do.
    Its not natural and healthy to watch porn and jerking off. It destroys brain.

    After doing nofap for 2 months, i dont see any benefits. I am doing hard mode. But dont know whats going on with me?
    I see people claim that they got confidence, more women attraction,more clarity,more masculinity. But i dont see any of them.

    Depends on your starting point.
    If u are obese , few months on a new diet won't do anything.
    It is a campaign, it is not a thing u do and your life will change.
    It is several things done for a long time
    Years sometimes.

    Don't compare your progress to anyone else.

    Don't believe that NoFap will cure all your life problems, rather, think of it as a way to redirect yourself, to better yourself as a person. Without masturbating and thinking about porn, you have more time to focus and work on your life problems. Doing so will result in the benefits you've listed:

    Never compare yourself to other people because every person is different.
    And confidence is something that you have to work on.
    You have to talk to people and girls and get out of your comfort zone in order to be confident.. Nofap is not the answer for everything, it's just a tool (same as money)

    There are activities that speed up the benefits, such as exercising, meditating, cold showers or just bathing everyday. Working out is a must if you wanna see quick benefits!!!
