Blood test results

Yes, I work out at the gym but I dont see any noticeable results (I have good diet and training program) I gained a lot of belly fat, my waist size increased from 78 cm to 90 cm (68 kg weight 175 cm height - 2600 kcal bulking, 2g protein per kg, 4g carbs, 1,5g fat) I also have a problem with hair loss, nobody in my family has it. My father is 66 years old and has thick hair. I didn't check the dht level.
