Just signed up for this forum and I've been reading all the benefits of nofap so decided to give it a try. I'm on day 11 and gave myself the 30 day challenge. I "breathe" it out when I feel the urge and I'm currently focusing on channeling that energy from my pelvis to my brain. I can actually feel the tension in the base of my skull and that's when the breathing really helps. I'm committed to the end of August and then I want to push through to 90 days!!!
Day 13! I'm basically fighting this moment to moment most of the day. Been going to the gym everyday which helps relieve the stress but ends up jacking up my hormones at the end. Staying busy with work and working more now than before. I'm confident I can do this. This is the longest I've gone so I'm giving myself a huge pat on the back! Also, just an FYI, I counted the days wrong and somehow missed 2 days. So if you're reading my last post that's why the discrepancy in number of days. Count days much?
I have had days like this - had a few in a row early on (first week) but they went away. You can make it to the end, and you will get a reprieve. It won't be that hard every day, so know that you have the endurance for it.
