Spoke too soon lol. I’m back to Day 0. I didn’t get much sleep last night and was feeling uncomfortable, so I relapsed.

Day 4! Doing this challenge for the secons times and it’s feels more difficult then the first one.

 

day 3. no crazy urges yet but i'm sure they will come. I may be posting multiple times a day if needed if urges get bad at some point.
