The purpose of this challenge is to foster positivity, personal development, camaraderie (virtual or in person), and mutual encouragement. All are welcome! My goals ... Do at least once daily: 1) Exercise at least 20 minutes 2) Take cold shower Abstain from: 1) PMO 2) Social Media 3) News 4) Entertainment (YouTube, TV shows/movies, etc.)

Quick update. I have been going strong on everything, except cold showers. I think I'll defer that goal for now ... my house in the 60s and it's below freezing outside!
My goals would be to 1] Put my best possible potential in the Exams which are almost 4 papers in number. 2] Help myslef fighting PMO. 3] Post every day on nofap. 4] become best version of myslef. 5] Pray. 6] Weep for the damage PMO has caused to me. 7] Idealise a life which is free from PMO lanat.
