    Day 121. Checking in

    The longer you abstain the greater you inner strength becomes.

    - Meditate - Yes, moments of meditation throughout the day and while running
    - Stay accountable daily - yes!
    - Study about the reboot - Have been burdened by grief and laziness
    - Take cold showers - not yet
    - Challenge daily your excuses to pmo - Everyday while meditating and while talking with my wife
    - Follow a triggers prevention plan - Watching media with my wife, nothing that is directly related to any form of sexualization of women
    - Get occupied. Work in your hobbies and dreams - lhave been burdened by grief and laziness
    - Practice physical exercise - ran/walked with my dogs
    - Eat healthy - eggs, beans, ground beef, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes, celery w/peanut butter
    - Sleep well - Don't feel like I slept well.

    Every change brings certain losses and gains.Like if you would gone from rugs to riches-it would change your house,circle of friends,occupation etc.Learn to accept change and don't let other opinions and emotional response to influence your decisions, because everyone has their own thoughts about happiness.Those who try to discourage you are trying influence you to accept (or stay at ) their way as your own by giving you rough time/negative response. Remember what one great man said-'This above all: to thine own self be true. And it must follow, as the night the day' first and foremost,otherwise you gonna live other peoples dreams and life.

    Super tips followed :
    1)Meditate-done (15 minutes )
    2)Eat healthy-not done ( ate a bit too much at my dinner and had medicines at my lunch)
    3)Training/Workout-done (not much, just 8 km walk)
    4)Read and study-done( among other things studied political psychology today)
    5)Focus on my career-not done , because I want to choose the right one (the one really interesting for me with a good prospects for development ,where I will be true to myself not just for money or prestige etc).
    6)Take cold shower-not done, just don't feel healthy enough for them yet.
