    Look at it as a learning experience. Analyse what lead to this relapse and build upon it. You made it to 16 days, that's a huge achievement looking at where you're (probably) coming from. Identify and strengthen your weak points, build up your inner defenses. This one battle you've lost, use it to get to know your enemy better - the war is still on!

    Thanks for breaking it down so nicely. I will remember your words. You'd be glad to know that despite relapsing twice, I am not feeling demotivated or having the chaser effect.
