    Day 27 complete, 2 hours into day 28.

    As I was at the gym today I was wondering what people's hobbies were and if they thought they helped curb their porn/masturbation dependence. I find I don't think about jerking off too often, but especially not when I smash out a really good chest and shoulders session.

    Day 112.

    There is no honor in objectifying women.

    Posting in the context of the tips in this Super Saiyan challenge.

    Meditate - at various times I meditate to bring my sexual energy under control
    Eat healthy - chicken and fresh whole organic vegetables, sautéed. water, coffee, and tea. scrambled eggs
    work out - day off.going running, average miles is about 3 a day.
    read and study - reading articles for my thesis.
    career - master's degree with a completion of my thesis
    take cold showers - the thought makes me cringe.

    Yes indeed -there is no honor in objectifying women but P and Lust conditioned brain has a hard time to stop doing it .The best test is to track where your glance falls when you see good looking women around you.
    Now back to the tips followed:
    Eat healthy- I don't think whey protein shakes count as healthy otherwise it's quite healthy ;).
    Workout-17k steps through the day and 1 hour+ at the gym
    Career-I'm giving myself time to clear my head before the deep dive in the right direction ;).
    Read and study-Rebooting,TCM,Diamond sutra,Health diagnostics.
    take cold showers- tried to dodge it today,but managed to persuade myself by saying it's only for 5 seconds.:)

    By staying in the vicious cycle of relapses we are loosing health,relationships,reputations and time which is quite limited resource.
    What do you think about this video?

    I saw a nice video yesterday making a simple argument.
    Porn brings the desire for more porn. Peeking or watching a little bit will lead one back to the vicious cycle.
    The decision has to be clear cut and absolute.
    No more PMO.

    Very true my friend...I think that is the main reason for me to relapse again and again...After failing my last streak and the infection , i couldn't catch up my inner fire till now.But i will...

    I found out that daily workout really helps a lot in keeping mind stable and focused...
