Question for PIED suffers and what triggers your arousal and erections?

I am a PIED sufferer. Although I do feel like my PIED is getting much better compared to what it used to be.

But basically earlier on something happened on my laptop where for a few minutes I was convinced I had discovered a bypass for the blocking system I have in place, and for a few minutes I did think I was going to be able to access porn and artificial sexual stimulation.

What happened when I thought this is I instantly got this rush of extreme sexual excitement. But then very quickly after a few minutes I realised I hadn't discovered a bypass at all, and I was not going to get any porn or artificial sexual stimulation.

But the thing is I was still very revved up sexually. This lead me to basically masturbating where I got a solid erection and I basically ejaculated within a few minutes.

But the thing was I literally saw no porn or artificial sexual stimulation at all. I didn't even see so much as a picture. Yet the thought that I was getting this literally for a few minutes revved me up this much sexually.

The thing is they always talk about desensitization when it comes to PIED. But this doesn't sound like desensitization what so ever to me. It sounds like sexual conditioning to me. Basically when I thought I was getting porn and artificial sexual stimulation my brain basically knew what was about to happen, and then this revved me up to such an extent sexually. The same way someone who is fairly experienced at sex will get revved up the same way when they think they are about to have sex with a hot female.

But the thing is how does a guy get sexually revved up like this just before he is potentially about to have sex with a female if he has had little to no sexual experience?

It seems to me the best thing the guy can do is get sexual with real women as much as possible, and then this will condition them to real life women.

The way that happened to me earlier where I thought I was getting porn and artificial sexual stimulation for a moment, the level this revved me up sexually was insane. But then when I didn't get the porn and artificial sexual stimulation I was still seriously revved up sexually.

It was so instant how quick the sexual arousal kicked in. Basically within seconds I was seriously revved up sexually, and like I said I didn't even see anything. It was basically just a thought that revved me up to this extent sexually.
