Seeing naked photos in recovery

We all see then right. Ur mate send u summin funny that has a naked person in it..... And on dating site u get sent nudes occasionally without asking. Ive not used porn in months ive not masterbated in nearly 3 weeks. Nor really fantasized to much tbh, but i have seen some images unintentionally. Tbh does it mean youve relapsed when u werent looking for them i dont think so. This isnt an exact science and to me it seems the most important thing is to not wank or use porn or fantasize in a pornographic way, just looking for some support on this moderate attitude no extreme people please i cba with it, u do you.

 

Not really the point of my thread but if those are triggers then domt go on the pages...u dont need them when u see that itll become easier.
Tbh if youve not sat there and gone with it the and had a wank over it its fine. If you dont allow those negative fantasies to fill u then ur fine we will all get them from time to time and maybe even see stuff we shouldnt and go back to it a little but as long as u dont have a wank really its fine if u aint obsessing and just leave it, going back to my point.

 

I agree, i did click of couple of photos i was sent and had a little look but thats human tbh, and i dont see it as a relapse as i didnt have a wank to it or allow it to create porn like fantasies just gave me a littlw rush but nothing big, then i left it and didnt worry aboit it, in a way was a positive experience as it was a normal body and a normal person, so nothing extreme about it and i just had natural thoughts so tbh thats hardly a relaspe. I think to relapse u have to be sat cock out wanking over porn and allowing it to have the damaging effevts it has.
