    Hopefully this doesn't trigger people.
    Just incase trigger alert.

After some life changing experience, I choose to get myself out and about.

I was always interested in BDSM.
    Always watched porn about it.
I thought about actually pursuing it.

When I did my research, wow the media got this shit wrong. And the porn aspect was only like 25% of the relationship.

To simply put it in an analogy. What you see in porn for BDSM is seeing a football game.
You see the fun part and that it.
You don't see the training and practices that lead up to it.

There is sooo much work to be done as a Dom/Master.
In a way it's really fulfilling.
As you MUST work on yourself to help, guide, and achieve a submissive goal and dreams.

    So my two cent.
Don't take porn at face value.

I struggled a lot with that type of porn and still can't get that rid completely out of my brain.
But what are you trying to say? That it is healthy human behaviour that one person humiliates the other and that it is to admire in some way as a form of accomplishment if they do that?

No. Some people are into humiliation some people are not.
At the end of the day, they are human beings . We have respect for one another and their kinks.

In a Dom and sub relationship, there is trust, communication and everything is consensual.

A sub gives their control to the Dom to feel free from the responsibility of control.

In the end, it's all about communication and not just what you see in porn.

I agree that porn is acting, no matter what genre and should not be mistaken with what sexuality should look in real life, but I don't understand what the goal is with this thread. This forum is definitely not the right place to glorify BDSM

I wanted to share with people what I discovered thru my journey.

And help to give insight that porn is not 100% real and it warps your thought process.

Not just trying to glorify it.
But to inform people that there is always a way to better themselves.
