I won't quit

    Relapsed today.. and the most painfull thing is that,this is the second time in last 5 days...
    Now i understand that the demon inside me is very much stronger than i expected.
    My addiction made me incredibly lazy, and i couldn't do anything that friends in this forum had told me to do when i first relapsed . No.. i need to be strong.. and i am going to make a to do list from tomorrow and am gonna make sure that i have done everything in that list...

  2. Calm down. Just sit down and think things over. Quitting is for pussies. But if you keep going (even if you lose all the time) you will do better after some time. It' s not like things come your way that easy.
    From porn we' re used to get things we like really easy. One click, two clicks and boom. Explosion, "great" content - everything within minutes. Meanwhile nofap is a lifelong meditation and self-healing.

    I don't know why am i getting so angry to people when they try to say something to me. Really i am scared that where will it take me to. Maybe i am going through a depression stage,i don't know....can't study anything,when i open a book, i see this unwanted things in mind and everything fucked up .

    We all feel your pain. Nothing you are going through is unique to you alone. We have all been there. Just keep going. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, and try again my friend.

    I am no expert, and I just relapsed a few days ago, but mindfull meditation - focusing on your breath for 20 minutes daily, really seems to help on having a bit more control. Also I think it might be dangerous to put too much pressure on having to do everything on a list fx. on top of already not being allowed to masturbate. I'm afraid it will make it more of a chore than it has to be. At least I can feel that when I say to myself - you are allowed to do anything you want(within reason), as long as you don't masturbate or look at porn(which is freaking hard in itself), it takes a burden off of my shoulders. I of course do the things I have to do, and just try to make better decisions in the moment - take more salad from the buffet so there is less space for fries. But I try not to have too many big expectations besides not watching porn and masturbating. One extra thing to consider is that you will get more energy along the way, so in due time you will naturally want to do more things, without forcing them onto yourself as annoying chores(eventhough I havn't experienced this to the fullest effect either, bc best streak was 30 days, but I could definitely feel a big difference!).

  9. :D My current streak is like 13 days. I' m on nofap since May 11 2019. In general I have like 300+ days, but it doesn' t matter that much.

    All the best. You can do it. Take one day at a time. First, try completing a week. Then set the goal to two weeks. Then, to a month. And so on.

    Some tips I can recommend are :
    1. Avoid watching women (includes porn).
    2. Avoid contemplating about women.
    3. Do not touch your private parts except for hygiene.
    4. Read something spiritual daily.
    5. Stay busy.
    6. Do not harbor lust in your heart.

    Last two days were hard for me....the thing i used to escape from the urge is reading....it helped me a lot....
    For all those new fighters out there like me,i wanna suggest this method
    Read anything ,if you are a student then read your text book,it doesn't matter if you don't understand a thing,just read,maybe it will help you to suppress your urge.it worked for me, maybe it will for you too....

    Willpower is limited start off with basics such as getting 3 meals bed reasonable early and go for daily walks. I would recommend no technology after 9pm or first thing in the morning. This is a hard addiction you dont want to take it on all at once. Have a bit of faith in God embrace the suffering. You can still plays games and stuff like just not all day. Good luck.

  14. Stay busy, get outdoors and keep your eyes away from women would be my advice. Just remember a week, a month, a year isn't a long time, it may seem like it but it will soon be over, and you'll only be proud if you know you've done your best. Best of luck

    Bro,i might say F the demon. We all have that inner voice that tell us to do it,ignore it,do something else,work out,listen to favorite song,eat your favorite meal (these activities releases dopamine in a healthy way),install porn blockers for your Android and PC
    I use SPIN browser for Android and for the PC i intalled a porn blocke extension. DON'T RELAPSE AND STAY STRONG,IT'S HARD BUT WORTH IT,AFTER 90 DAYS,TRUST ME,YOU WILL THINK DIFFERENT AND YOU WILL BE A MAN!

    Last time i relapsed, i had this allergic problems...couldn't breath easily.when i got up from my bed my nose was blocked and couldn't breath through my nose.Now i think that problem diminishes.
    And i remember , when i had this serious allergic problem 2years before , my physician told me not to "M". But at that time i didn't take it seriously.I was super addicted to at that time.Now i understand that he was right.
