Hi levent722, when you are ready to try again, just start and take it one day at a time. I have been struggling for years and relapsed many times... Just climbed out of the hole every time and started again and again. Every time you fall down you WILL learn something about yourself and your addiction - use what you have learned for your next attempt. You got this man, just go slow and steady!
