In a glass jar , i am adding a marble for every day i succeed on my hardmode journey. Seeing the jar getting full brings me a sense of achievement and pride. And every time i add a marble i say: "i am a clean man , physically,mentally , and spiritually." And to prevent relapsing , i imagine the jar shattered over the floor and all my hard work / pride broken into small sharp dangerous pieces. So far it is working like magic.

Interesting! It's a different kind of visual than a counter, which some find hard to use, as it can be a constant reminder of defeat. I like your "jar smashing" analogy. I hope you don't have to empty your jar, though, and "lose your marbles." Then, you might really go nuts. Another motive not to do so. .
