Relapsed on Day 40. I have now realized that Porn is the real enemy. Your streaks must be clean, mine wasn't. That means no peeking, no edging. I have never had the problem of wet dreams, but it's not about retention. It is about abstaining from the hypersexual stimuli environment that is provided by porn. The benefits of complete abstinence are multifold and much more noticeable. However, this wasn't a complete waste of time. I've incorporated new habits, like working out, taking cold showers, meditating regularly. My meditations are deeper than when I began, so that's a good sign. I'll be getting back on the wagon again, and hopefully, continue till the end of this year.

Day 2 I know it's the same stuff repeated all over again - but there is something about watching a video like this in the morning that sometimes clicks and set's me on the right mindset to do the things i need to do during the day! Motivation does not work on it's own - 10 mins after the video, you have already forgotten what they said - you need to use the initial spark and feeling to fuel your DISCIPLINE - discipline is what gets you through the day's work and what is going to get you through this challenge! And all challenges for that matter
