It's all a question of opinion. Some might say you need to reset your counter, I don't. To me, having sex with your partner is totally different from PMO. I read somewhere that having sex might set you back in your reboot but I don't know if it's true. I just feel that being able to "perform" might give you a confidence boost and keep you going for the rest of your recovery!

Don't punish your partner for your addiction. Keep them happy. This is called normal mode. Hard mode is not for everyone
I was wondering this same thing. I have had a tumultuous last few days and I can't remember how long since PMO so I am starting today as day 1.
Some people choose to go hard mode to help with ED issues or to curb porn thoughts during sex. As long as you didn't use porn fantasy to get and keep an erection or to achieve orgasm then it's all good. Enjoy the sex!
