Day 6/7 When I'm riding a bike, sometimes I try to avoid a small obstacle but the problem is, now I'm focused on the obstacle. Most of the times I go over it because I couldn't avoid it. Unfortunately I need to start again. What gets me is my free time / boredom and the periods before bed. When I say free time I don't mean I am idle every day. I mean recently I passed an exam which had taken up most of my days over the last few months. I passed it. Now that it is over I suddenly have all this free time again and well I binged on PMO.
Day 0 Yep, it's like that hey. I stuffed up today too. Had 4 hrs that I could have used productively, but instead found myself with PMO. I was really tired, and should have actually slept. Next time I find myself in that position (tired and tempted), I'll sleep, or just get away from the phone & computer.

heyyyyy! count me in. i started with a 30 day challenge but i kinda relapsed on day ten so i thought why not start with a small achievable goal and then make them bigger. i already am in for like 2 days and this is my day 3 but i wanna add 7 more days to it so its my day 1 then.
Day 7/7 (Mission Accomplished) I had to restart a few times, but overall it was worth it. I did this week a lot more than I could have done if I was deep in the addiction. What helped me a lot was replacing destructive behaviors with positive ones - meeting with friends, going to the gym, going for a walk, reading paper books, riding my scooter, calling friends and familly, eating healthy... and positive thinking (plus praying, if you believe in that kinda stuff). This worked really well with installing a anti porn extensions to my browsers and my phone. And I didn't watch any movies (that seems to trigger me) and way less social media and youtube. I'm now moving on to the [14 days challenge]. All best to you guys. I will see you there.
