I honestly feel tempted to PMO, maybe I can just stare at P but not watch. This is day 6 no PMO. I need strength to fight this urge

Back to (Day 0). Lost my streak over 10 seconds video smh. Disappointed

 

Day 1. Started using beeminder and pledged $5 on my pmo goal to generate some accountability and loss aversion.

 

I hd the realisation that if I fap, I'll know about it for days to come. If I don't, I'll just go on with my life and this will be another day.

 

Day 0/7, still learning from my mistakes, this time I'll finish it all the way through.

I edged to about 3 secs of P and I felt so disgusted and angry afterwards

 

and my mistake was not putting away my smartphone timely. This is a huge prob for me

 

For me it always escalates from looking at the pictures of cute girls on Instagram and then to porn. Next time around I'll stop myself whenever I'll feel the urge to just take a look to pictures, it's never a good idea...

 

Back here as I relapsed today after a 9 day streak. Also I felt it is a bit early to jump to the 14 day challenge. I will ace this challenge a few more times and then decide.
However, on the positive side, I felt like I had a mini detox after these 9 days, as it is more than 10 months since I have had such a long streak. Nofap helped me to achieve this!
