How to get back on track after a few months of failures ?

    Hi everyone !

    I discovered nofap at the end of 2019. I was really motivated and did 6 days on my first attempt. Since then I did 6 days a few other times. Before the coronavirus and quarantine, I used to PMO once or twice a week only.
    But then I started doing it more and more because I was staying at home all day. I ended up coming back at the start with PMO everyday sadly.
    Now I can't get back on track, I started a summer job two weeks ago and thought it would help me but it didn't.

    How can I recover this initial motivation ? Or at least start to do better instead of falling down again and again ...

    I will really appreciate everyone who takes a bit of his time to help me !

    Hmm.....bro that's not the end

    You can always try again but

    1. You have to replace the triggers with another productive activities

    2. Delete everything element of Porn on your phone and determine when you are most vulnerable. Take for example, mine is in the night, around 9pm, so what I did was to use that time for study time and prayer time, bit by bit I got over it

    Ask yourself: What triggers me? Do you watch movies where there is some explicit scenes?

    Do you surf around the web ( youtube, facebook,) and see images of women half naked?

    Its all about urges. You gotta get rid of them.

    can you laugh at yourself? thats a start.

    i usually stareat my hands for 3 to 7 minutes everyday every hour,

    plus the goal is semen retention , u want to do nothinhg, it helps
