After 10yrs of watching porn, I've started studying again. Right now I'm working to improve: my grammar, coding, and vocabulary.
I'm learning Python. Then, I plan to move to Java or JavaScript; it'll depend of what I want to build.
Here are few tips for you. Write somewhere your study goal down. Use a timer during the study. Set it up to 1 hour. This timer is made for you that you are not allowed to get distracted. The only thing you are allowed is to stretch a bit or drink your water "No soda cause even that is a reward", "Emergency calls are offcourse allowed. A relaxing background music is adviced "like meditation music songs, youtube got loads of them". You should also write down a day before of what you must study the next day. Reward yourself with something when you complete the hour studies. Also a long after term reward would also be good. Like you finished the entire chapter, you deserve something extra.
This thread just popped up on my alerts, was on day 60 back in June. Still coding here, what you learning @ThePeakWae?
Last time I coded for real It was Atom, but that was over 9 months ago, unfortunately I had issues with gaming and became a GTA V addict for the past 5 months, fortunately I finished all the heists my PC went down did a full reboot and deinstalled the game, now I wanted to check other programming, so I downloaded Rust exe, java + script, the C(s) among others, the rich part is that even before Atom I was already playing with coding, with Fallout Tale of Two Wastelands mods that was by last year, it required several coding programs and editing in the code.
What is the JavaScript course / book / youtube / basically teaching material. That y’all can recommend?
hey man....i'm learning JS too, is there a chance we can colloborate and work together on a mini project? share knowledge? what do you think?
I don't have any particular project in mind. Steeve colt had some dice game based on vanilla JS. We can do that. DM me, bro.
