Day 3 coming to a close. Unfortunately slept half the day, and I gamed the rest. There wasn't much time to do wrong. Gotta get some excersice tommorow

On day 1 again, I just joined NoFap to be accountable to myself. To my story: I am 21 yo man, virgin, looking to build self-confidence etc and beat the PMO addiction (it all is linked and without Pornography NoFap etc.). I Fapped approximately every 2 to 3 days for years but basically never stopped and it just sucks and I lose energy. Tried the 14 day challenge before but failed at Day 9 when I felt the Testosterone spike and suddenly watched erotic youtube videos and then relapsed many times in the week since. How stupid of me, I will not do that again. I feel the biggest mistake is looking at erotic material again because I feel then you really just make it impossible to resist. The tough thing is: NoFap increases sexual pleasure when relapsing so I really need to fight my brain that is wired and hooked on Porn 1080p images. I now need to focus more on reducing the stimulus. 14 days here we go!!
I realized that I have to be present in all 7 to 365-day challenges simultaneously because we must start on day 0 However, It could have been much better if the challenges were consecutive. I'm currently on day 2
That's not true. The reason why people post "Day X/14" or whatever is because the day counter doesn't match the challenge counter. I only do simultaneous challenges if they are different. For example, a 7 day no PMO challenge and a 30 day no sugar, or no video game challenge, etc...
