Hi there, I'm currently on day 70 most probably my second highest streak. And that's good you had control over you're ugre, trust me the urges go away but the thoughts sometimes come but here is a liltle advice just stay busy and be surrounded by people and you'll be good, meditate or excercise this can help as well.
