The past week, I was cheerful and full of energy. Today though, I am lazy to do hardly anything. Any advice?
Were you doing something that made you cheerful and energized then stopped or just riding the waves of your fleeting feelings? Feelings change I mean develop a solid morning routine and fill your day with energizing habits to feel better is my two pennies DO NOT just hang around wishing to feel jolly.
Exactly. I want to share a nice way to increase testosterone and feel more energized during the day: Meditation and cold showers in first half of the day.
Yesterday after reading the responses from the people here and on Reddit, I worked out and had a cold shower. And my mood for the rest of the day was not so bad. Today (day 22), however, I had a sex/ erotica dream. Woke up. My mind is telling me to peek. No urges tho. Tbh, a bit of both.
